Dear Stocknovice, I just wanted to comment upon how incredibly generous you, and others on the Board, are with your knowledge and wisdom in these posts. I do understand that the self-reflection that occurs when we write is how we take experiences and turn them into something we can then articulate and, consequently, learn from them more explicitly. What I do find remarkable is how generous you, and others on the Board, are with what you have learned.
Finally, I also wanted to say that I stumbled upon an interview you did with Rajeev and it was the first time I heard someone say "our" portfolio instead of "my portfolio". Maybe it happens more than I am aware but it struck me and I thought it was sensitive and respectful to whomever you share your life with.
