Thanks Joe! With some curiosity I have begun reading about Transmedics as a potential investment. Most interesting is the possible inclusion of kidney transplants into their current portfolio (late 23). Do you have any links/comments/research you can share?
Good question. I can't say I'm diving into any specific kidney research other than knowing it's a large market with very similar pain points as the other organs. From a TMDX standpoint my current plan is to hold management accountable to that late '23 timeline for submission. Yes, you're at the mercy of health agencies and insurers for back-end approvals, but the submission timeline is very much under TMDX's control. The broad thesis I'm carrying is continued 100%+ growth through improved conversion in heart/lungs/liver with the idea kidneys would create another S-curve to support hypergrowth.
