I took a quick look yesterday, and ZI might fall off my watch list. The 46% YoY and 7.7% QoQ growth were both its lowest ever. I'd pencil in next quarter around 39% and 7.4% even with a beat. What might be bigger concerns were Unearned Revenue (what ZI calls its deferred revenue) fell $30M and -7.4% for its biggest drop ever and first decline in 9 Q's (which was just $2.2M and -1.3% at the time). I was also concerned by only 85 $100K+ customers added versus 140 last quarter and 150 last year. I've always wondered if ZI was sort of a one-trick pony since its contact platform is it only major product with limited add ons. The efforts at recruiting and call software have never really seemed to get off the ground.
I'd be happy to hear from others who might have more info or a different opinion. Thanks for asking.

Great recap as always.
I am a long time Saul flower, and I am a big fan of your service. I hope you continue it for a long time to come.
I noticed ZI on your watch list. What are your thoughts on this latest earnings? I feel its hard to see what’s macro and what’s company specific.
