Hi StockNovice,

I discovered Saul's Discussion Board in September 2020, where I was also introduced to your clear, concise and trustworthy commentary. I can't thank you enough for sharing your insights and experience on Saul's platform. I fully support your efforts to provide your new paid service. I will be subscribing.

I have a couple of questions about your service, but first, some context on why I pose these questions.

For years, I had been intensely searching online for TRUSTWORTHY sources of investing information. One where I could learn about the detailed investing process, particularly the analysis of company performance and their future expectations. And there it was (finally, after three years of digging), Saul's Knowledge Base, the monthly reports, and the daily analytical commentary from board members. I was ecstatic! What a gem!

My long journey to Saul's Board was a random walk through books, newsletters, and paid/unpaid investment services (i.e. Motley Fool, Seeking Alpha, etc). However, there are so many paid investment services on offer now (via Seeking Alpha authors, Twitter, etc), a person has to perform significant due diligence to ensure the service offered aligns with their expectations.

But Saul's board is different. It doesn't take long to realize which contributors are totally TRUSTWORTHY (Saul, you, Bear, GouchoRico and many others). Again, my deepest respect to all of you for freely sharing your investment experience and process. I believe Saul's Board is unique in the investment community, worldwide. It is, without doubt, one of the best investing "classrooms" ever created.

Which brings me to my questions;

1. Will you continue to contribute on Saul's Discussion Board, at the same level of detail and frequency? It would be great if you did, especially from an educational perspective. And it will serve as a platform for you to demonstrate that your paid service is TRUSTWORTHY.

2. I understand the paid service will provide subscribers with consistent and timely information, but will the service deliver additional insights not normally found on Saul's board (assuming your answer to Question 1 is "yes").

Thank you again for being a great supporter and contributor on Saul's Board. Collectively, all of you are hugely impacting people's lives (mine included) by opening the door to the mysterious world of successful investing.

As I learn and gain investing experience, someday I hope to reach a level where I am able to contribute thoughtful and useful commentary on Saul's Board, to pass it forward.

Best Regards,

Norris (Eaton)

Hi, Norris -

What a thoughtful note. Thanks for taking the time to put it together, and I agree 100%. Crowdsourcing only works if you find the right crowd. Trust certainly matters, and I feel the same as you about the lessons at Saul's. I owe that forum a lot as well. To answer your questions:

1) Yes, I will contribute like I normally do at Saul's. The monthly write ups will still be available for free both here and there.

2) Yes, I'd anticipate additional insights. First, this service is a direct result of the questions I'm already being asked outside of regular posting. For instance, I've already received numerous requests for early thoughts on the S and CRWD reports rather than waiting until the end of the month. That will go out to subscribers tomorrow. Second, I'd anticipate activity in the subscriber comments section that would lead to more discussion.

Ultimately, this service will be driven by the response and the readers. At least that's my plan.

Hope that helps and thanks for the support.

Joe

Thank you for getting back to me. Really glad to hear that you will continue to contribute to Saul's board. Everyone there will be very pleased.

I just finished upgraded my free subscription (to your newsletter) to the paid annual plan. I have no doubt that "Strictly Business" will be a successful and rewarding service, especially for subscribers.
